We CAN Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Programme

Join our bespoke exercise rehabilitation programme for people living with and beyond cancer.

We CAN is a 12-week group exercise programme specifically designed to address the side effects of cancer treatment. The sessions emphasize building strength, stamina, balance, and range of movement. Beyond the physical aspects, We CAN also fosters the formation of friendship groups, creating a supportive community where participants can connect with others who have had similar experiences. This social aspect is invaluable, as it provides emotional support and camaraderie, contributing to overall well-being during the challenging cancer recovery journey.

Engaging in physical activity has been shown to reduce anxiety and depression, alleviate fatigue, and lower the risk of cancer recurrence. Additionally, exercise helps manage other health conditions, slow disease progression, and improve overall quality of life during and after cancer treatment.

The programme is guided by a qualified Level 4 Cancer Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist, ensuring that each session is safe, effective, and tailored to the unique needs of participants.

There is WhatsApp group for all participants so they can stay connected.
